World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
The upgrading of your equipment is a crucial aspect of equipping your character. Upgrades boost the base damage and enchantments of items.
They also provide bonuses and enhancements. They are available through the Blacksmith.
The upgrade button is located on any item. Each item recycled adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.
Weapons
When a weapon is upgraded, it gains an initial damage bonus as well as a scaling factor that can affect other stats. The weapon may also gain a number of upgrade components that offer additional features or effects as well as distinctive cosmetic effects. These upgrades can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, and gathering tools, and they generally require that the equipment has an available upgrade slot and meet certain specifications. The upgrade component can be removed from an armored weapon, weapon or trinket, however it cannot be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). upgrade item Casesgg can be found by using the Black Lion Salvage Kit Ascended Salvage tool, or a higher-tier salvaging tool that is attached to an item.
A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, for example Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This can be done through the Gear Workbench's interaction menu. Based on the level of the weapon it can be done up to four times.
Once the weapon has reached maximum upgrade, it can be rebuilt using a variety of different types of upgrades to increase specific stats or add other bonuses and effects. These upgrades can be applied simultaneously and their effects will depend on how rare the weapon is.
There are two Blacksmiths in the game that can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area as well as Smithing Master Iji in the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both require different upgrade materials: Smithing Stones for standard weapons and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the type of damage a weapon deals.
It is generally recommended to upgrade weapon damage first, then armor defense, and finally the other secondary stats that are required by your build. In particular, it is common to see melee druids upgrading their weapon prior to any other gear, since this will increase DPS. This is particularly true for enchantments, which are extremely effective in boosting the damage of a weapon and other stats.
Armor
Item Upgrades allow players to increase the effectiveness of certain weapons, armors, trinkets, and gathering tools. These upgrades can also give additional effects, like an increase in damage or a cosmetic enhancement. Item Upgrades can be obtained by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, in loot drops, or as rewards for quests.
The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currency. In the majority of cases, a piece of armor will be upgraded to next level once an upgrade is applied. This is possible for most types of armor, however certain items are not upgradeable at all (such as the starter armor in Great Sky Island).
The majority of armor upgrades boost the item's strength or defense by a small amount. Some upgrade components, however can result in significant increases in strength or defense. This is particularly the case when upgrading epic items.
Certain upgrades offer specific abilities that can be activated while wearing armor. These abilities can be helpful in combat, for instance granting a buff to attack speed or blocking. Some upgrades have passive effects that are useful like the ability to reduce damage while wearing armor, or increasing the chance of avoiding an attack.
Depending on the type of armor being used, upgrading an item can require several tries. If a player wishes to upgrade Steelclash armor into Dragonscale and the first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor that has the defense base ranging from 59 to 67. The second attempt will result in the creation of a Dragonscale armor with a base defense of 67-77.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To upgrade their armor, players must visit the four Great Fairy Fountains located in the game. Each of these locations is home to the power of a fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.
Contrary to popular belief it isn't a necessity in The Division 2. Certain armors give a substantial increase in the ability to reduce damage caused by poison spells, curses, magic or fire. This makes them very useful for certain types of builds. There are many other ways to boost the stats of armor besides upgrading the armor, for instance using the engineer trait to increase armor penetrating or the challenger to reduce the total weight.
Potion
When you put a potion into a stand for brewing, you will be able to unlock new effects. The upgrade opens a new level of potion effects, and can be repeated to get more potency levels.
The potion also gets an individual color code, which the player can select via /give, and that alters the area-of-effect clouds and arrows created by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the effects of the particles in the potions.
The water bottle, mundane, thick and awkward potions now have a fresh brewing texture. In the Creative Inventory the potion healing and weakness are now available. The addition of lingering potions which can be brewed with splash potions or Dragon breath. Also added is a thick potion which has the status effect Mining Fatigue. Trinket
A trinket is a small inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. It could be a necklace, ring, or even a small flag that is used to identify a boat's yard that is lateen. It could also refer to a gilded trinket that is attached to the mast of a boat.
This bizarre trinket seems to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze by making them more common. The trinket, at the moment, makes all types Xx of mimics more prevalent and gives each floor an Y% chance that it contains an ebony copy. This trinket is priced at a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.
The magic of the enchanted scepter is believed to affect the dungeon itself, making it more likely to generate water and grass. This trinket, at its current level, will cause X% of the regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It doesn't affect glyphs, enchantments or cursed weapons or armor or items that are produced to help solve the dangers in rooms.
This item, which appears like a eyes of a nymph, seems to affect your vision in a manner that goes beyond merely narrowing your field of vision. At its current level this trinket increases the overall health benefits of drinking potions of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X% and gives you eyesight on enemies within Y tiles. This is not a stacking feature with the Heightened Senses.
Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you have completed the Mastery Cave. You will find them when you defeat Monsters, and in chests and crates. They aren't found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
When you find a trinket that needs to be upgraded, place it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will have an unpredictable effect on the trinket, either extending its lifespan or strengthening its effects. You can reorge the Trinket as many times as you want, though it will always have a different effect than the one it was when you forged it.
You can also enhance your Trinkets by placing them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. This will cost you 6 energy and increase the trinket's power by just a little.
